Visit Spice Plantation

A visit to the spice plantations in Goa is one of the most refreshing things to do in Goa. There are several spice villages and spice farms here which can give you an interesting insight into the spice business. You can walk through the fresh and aromatic plantations and learn more about how different spices are grown. This experience will definitely serve as an eye opener for you.

The Savoi Plantations, which is situated at a distance of 25 km from Panaji, in Ponda is one of the oldest ones in Goa. Coconut, betel nuts, pineapples and other fruits are grown here. You can also visit other spice plantations namely the Pascoal Spice Village, the Rustic Plantation, the Sahakar Spice Farm, and Parvati Mandav Park Plantation.
